We appreciate the interest you have shown in visiting the Kent Garden Club Website. Our Club has a lot to offer you – friendship, educational opportunities, and a way to give back to your community. Each and every member contributes a special talent to our organization, making it a strong and viable force in the Greater Grand Rapids area. Kent Garden Club is 97 years young and affiliated with Michigan Garden Clubs, Inc., as well as with National Garden Clubs, Inc.
Kent Garden Club prides itself on its variety of members, programs, endeavors, and events. Our members range from Recent Graduates to Senior Citizens. Monthly Programs offer in depth coverage of issues from Design and Horticulture to Environmental Issues. Fundraising and Community Outreach are an important part of the Club’s civic endeavors. We host many events for the public and for our members including Flower Shows, Garden Tours, Summer Picnics and Holiday Gatherings.
Our Board and Membership Committee invite you to visit us in person at one of our
year-round meetings, usually held at Frederik Meijer Gardens. An invitation will be yours by contacting the Membership Committee Chairperson:
